Metin2 is a Korean creation, as it came from Webzen, which took its first steps in 2004, with Gameforge taking care of their entry into the American and European markets where they remain as active as ever. Webzen and Gameforge, then, announce that in September the menu will include a new expansion for Metin2, called Conquerors Of Yohara. This expansion will be made available for free for the free-to-play MMO and promises a whole new continent, new high-level dungeons, new bosses (as usual) and a new conquest system that allows characters to advance beyond level 120. In order to get all players as well prepared for the new content as possible, they are already running in-game events with XP boost (the start was on August 11) which will last up to 2 weeks after the launch of Conquerors Of Yohara. Obviously the new content is for high-level players, which ties in with the story, as the new continent is dominated by the Sung Mahi Empire trying to expand its influence and, of course, it comes up against players - In summary, the additions that Metin2: Conquerors Of Yohara brings - New chapter in the main story of Metin2 - New Yohara continent with multiple zones (Kain Castle, Empire Castle, Dong Gwang Plain, Guild zones etc. - New Conquest system that allows to improve character stats beyond level 120 - New gear slots and new Sung Ma empowerments - New monsters, new bosses, new loot - New high level dungeons like The Gnoll Caves and Sung Mahi Tower - New biology quests that can be completed repeatedly - See more at:
